Beautiful, fast, neutral handling and strong car, never fails to finish a race weekend. Engine built by Ivey Engines in Portland 8 races ago, new Formula 3 clutch, Tilton SuperStarter, BAT exhaust, aluminun oil and water radiators - all the right (and legal) things. This car is one of 40 built in Northern Ireland for the 1969 season of which 13 were exported to race in North America. This one is serial number 69-16F-14. The car is sorted and prepped for the 2009 season. FIA seatbelts to 2011. This car is set up for a tall driver (I am 6'4") and has 2 bodies - the original and a subtly modified one to accommodate my height, the original is a fairly new Crossle body from Ireland and although it fits me it is a little less comfortable for shifting gears. LeGrand Mk10 Formula Ford chassis and some parts One of the half-dozen LeGrand FF cars the Fargo guys raced at Gimli in the 70’s and 80’s. This is the type of LeGrand chassis Ben Beasley in Ohio has successfully used as the basis for sportsracers in the past 30 years. Easily convert to a single-seat, motorcycle powered sportsracer. It’s designed for a VW/Hewland transmission with inboard brakes so it could easily convert into a VW powered single-seat racecar. Of course, it can also be a legal FF again. The guy at LeGrand Registry in California says a Mk10 roller is worth $3,000 to $6,000. Mine is not a complete roller, but obviously has significant cash value. Car in Winnipeg. A deal at $3,000. • Chassis needs sandblasting and paint, but is straight. • Includes rear, removable bulkhead. • Two authentic LeGrand FF magnesium wheels 5.5” x 13”. Weight about six pounds. It appears they have never been used. • NEW LeGrand Mk18 front suspension with new uprights, new balljoints, 2 new control arms and an assortment of 8 new short suspension links, threaded left and right, I believe for front and rear suspension but not sure. Needs VW spindles. • I have the original mold for casting rear aluminum uprights - same upright left and right. I will loan it out, but I want it back. Wanted: Porsche 356 Body Work Assistance I Need a contact who will assist me in completing the body of my 1961 Porsche 356 coupe - 1600 Super vintage racer. Have had body stripped and have prefabricated longitudinals, rockers , floorpan etc to replace damaged parts. Person would need to do some fabrication of parts. This should be a perfect job for someone who does this type of work as a sideline and has their own garage or shop to do the work in. I have lots of time to assist and would enjoy the experience. Andy Wanted: Minilites for a 1965 Jensen C-V8 Hi, I am the keeper of a 1965 Jensens C-V8 on hte RH Coast. This car has the same 5-bolt, 5" diameter stud pattern as big Healeys, early Jags & etc. It fairly cries out for period Minilite wheels, but today's prices for new ones are enough to frighten even Croesus, so I'm looking for some used ones with 15'' or 16" rim diameter, up to 7" rim width, and (oh, dream in Technicolor) + 27mm offset. I have had this car a year , and haven't done alot with it , so I thought if I can pass it along to someone who can use it so be it, it is a 72 I think , totally gutted and stripped , decent red paint , no top or nothing , after all its a race car , motor is a 903cc, with some hop up bits , not sure of what but with tired rings i have a dyno sheet of 60hp at the wheels that I did in the fall !!!
