Competition Rules and Eligibility The old VRCBC Rules and Regulations and Eligibility Documents are no longer in effect. The CACC Vintage Discipline Regulations are completed but not available yet online (stay tuned). Please be reminded that you need to understand both the CACC's General Competition Rules and the Vintage Discipline Regulations since the Vintage works in conjunction with them.
